I reached out to Kemoway about an issue with my order, and it was frustrating. The replies took a while, which I can usually deal with, but when they finally answered it felt like they hadn’t really read my message. At the same time, they weren’t rude or anything, so I don’t want to make it sound worse than it was.
I had to explain the same thing more than once and still didn’t get a clear answer, which got old fast. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, because I’ve seen some people say they had a fine experience, but for me the support was disappointing overall

I sent my order back weeks ago and I’m still waiting on the refund. I had planned to use that money for something else, so this has been really frustrating. Support takes forever to reply and when they do, it’s just the same “please wait” message. Way too much hassle for me, and I don’t see myself ordering from here again.

I ordered from kemoway.de, and the delivery was slow. The confirmation email came quickly. After that, there was barely any update.
The tracking stayed the same for days. I had no clue where my package was. It ended up arriving later than I expected, which was frustrating.

The item itself was fine. No issue there. But the shipping really needs to be better. I’d probably think twice if I needed something fast.

I kind of regret buying this. For the price, I expected a lot more, but what I got just didn’t feel worth it. I probably should’ve looked for a better option.

I ordered from Kemoway i was disappointed. The product looked decent in the photos, but once it arrived it felt cheap and not well made at all. I tried to give it a fair chance because you kind of have to be patient and hope it turns out better, but that patience felt forced more than anything.
After only a short time using it, a few parts already felt loose and the finish had visible marks. Maybe I just got unlucky with mine, but for the price I expected much better. I definitely wouldn’t buy it again.
